After further roster juggling, Buhl was moved to halfback and sophomore J.R. LaRose was moved to starting safety, with Wiltshire still a backup.

"This was a guy that when the coaches made the decision for me to be ahead of him, he was very open about it, and he taught me the game," said Buhl.

On the bright side for the Eskimos, it appears the rest of the players on the long list of walking wounded from last Friday have a realistic shot of playing this weekend in Hamilton.

RELIEF AT LAST: After missing two straight games with post-concussion symptoms, left guard Dan Comiskey is in much better shape this week and has now been cleared to practice today.

"The symptoms seem to have alleviated themselves and I am starting to train right now and I am not getting any serious symptoms afterwards," he said.

WAITING GAME: Retired offensive lineman Kevin Lefsrud and Maciocia chatted over the weekend, but the two sides don't appear to be any closer to a new contract.
